Nkoatse Mashamaite Is Announced As Ice Africa Digital Speaker

Serving as a senior manager since 2014, he has had responsibility for developing policy on credit, gambling, liquor, and lotteries during his tenure. Mashamaite was a key player in the passage of the Lotteries Amendment Act in 2013 and the development of the 2016 National Gambling Policy.
